well I have a lazy eye and well had a cataract they removed my lens and I’m planning to get a lens transplant on both of my eyes since my other eye has low vision and so does any one know how much it will cost me without insurance. My insurance doesn’t cover until I’m 18 and well I don’t want to wait

with out insurance the surgery alone will cost around 5,000 or more. you have to factor in all the drugs and staff who will be at your surgery(surgeons, assistants, anesthesiologists ect..) I’m not exactly sure how much the lens transplants will cost, but you should estimate to spend at least 6,000+ honestly i would wait till you have insurance.
The lens surgery costs around $ 5000 per eye, not including your post op drops and medications. Good luck with that.
