Q&A: Opthalmologists: Can I still do boxing and martial arts after cataract surgery?

Question by CA: Opthalmologists: Can I still do boxing and martial arts after cataract surgery?
I’m 18 years old and I was diagnosed with posterior suborbital cataract. The doctor told me that it is unusual for someone my age but I have. He told me that surgery is the only option. I’m a martial artist and I do boxing and karate. Can I still do boxing and martial arts after the cataract surgery? or will it be very dangerous for my eyes?
